RECENTLY REFURBISHED 2 BEDROOM BUNGALOW

The property has been in the same family since it was built in 1957. The owner Joy, was born in York and lives near the property, she has many happy childhood memories growing up here. Joy is a Free woman of the City of York and is always happy to advise on where to visit and how to make the most of your trip.

The accommodation is a 2 bedroom property with a Kingsize and single bed and can comfortably sleep 3 guests.

LOUNGE AND DINNING ROOM

Sofas, WiFi free unlimited fast, 43 inch smart TV, Blue tooth portable speaker, Electric fire and fire place, Occasional tables, Coffee tables, Standard lamp, Table lamp, Dining room table and chairs seats 4.

KITCHEN

Single oven with 4 ring hob and hood, Under counter fridge with freezer compartment (its not big but a little bigger than ice box), Washer dryer, Microwave, Kettle toaster, Combi boiler, Fire extinguisher, First aid kit.

MAIN BEDROOM

King size bed, Wardrobes with shelving and hanging space, Bedside cabinets, Bedside clock, Bedside lamps, Chair.

SECOND BEDROOM

3ft single bed with pull out trundle (trundle only suitable for child 3-8 year), Wardrobe with hanging and shelving, Bedside cabinet, Bedside light.

BATHROOM

WC, Sink, Mains shower over bath, Heated towel rail, Cabinet.

Self check-in with lockbox • The accommodation is not suitable for infants (under 2 years)

1 small pet is permitted. This must be included on the booking form. There is a charge of £30 per stay plus a cleaning/ damage bond of £100 which is payable at the time of the full balance ( on or before 8 weeks of arrival).

No smoking • No parties or events.

Stays of up to 28 nights welcome, discount available (except Xmas minimum 7 night stay).

1 small dog permitted at £30 per stay plus £100 cleaning / damages bond refundable within 10 days after departure subject to no extra cleaning or damage.

There are so many attractions to choose from that your holiday itinerary will be packed.
